TICKET INFO
If you haven't booked your tickets yet, you can still do so:
- on www.balispiritfestival.com/tickets - book in advance as some tickets may be sold out
- at the festival entrance - you can purchase any ticket type at the festival gates. Ticketing opens at 7am daily. You can pay in cash (IDR) or by credit card.
COLLECTING YOUR WRISTTICKET
If you have an Abundance Pass, 7-Day Spirit Pass or Teenager Pass, you can exchange your electronic ticket for a wristicket starting on March 24th at the Balispirit Festival Opening Party at The Yoga Barn. For all other ticket types, you can obtain your wristticket at Purnati (the Festival venue). Make sure you bring a valid photo ID, e.g. Drivers License.
There will be no refunds given for lost wrist tickets. CONDITIONS OF ENTRYWrist ticket must be worn to gain entry and re-entry to the venue during any single session or day. Any Wrist ticket that are damaged or removed are VOID. Please read the full list of Rules & Regulations here.SAFETYSince the Bali Bombings, the Indonesian Government has taken the threat of terrorism seriously
and taken precautions. For safety in the streets, there is very little violent crime in Bali, especially in Ubud, however, one must take precautions against pickpockets and bag snatchers, especially at night. Please use your hotel’s safe deposit boxes!
MOTORBIKE RENTAL
Please note that most dealers do not have insurance and that if you have an accident you will be responsible for whatever payment your dealer requests. Taxis costing about IDR 100,000 can take you to and from festival venues.
If you rent a motorbike, please wear a helmet.SPIRIT SHUTTLE BUSThe spirit shuttle will leave from 4 locations around Ubud to Bali Purnati every 30min. You can purchase shuttle bus passes at various box offices and at the BaliSpirit Festival Sales Office.

Please bring your own mat or buy one at the festival.
WATER + SANITATION
We are staying in midrange and upscale resorts where water is purified. 99% of restaurants
on the island use bottled water for all cooking purposes. Nevertheless, it is advisable to drink and brush teeth with bottled water.
At the festival, there are many free water-refill stations, just bring a reusable water bottle!
SHOWERS + CHANGING ROOMS
This year with both daytime and nighttime programming taking place at Bali Purnati, we
have provided showers and changing rooms to refresh you from day to night. Please bring
your own towel and toiletries.
TOILETSMost of our toilets this year are compostable dry toilets - a little bit different from your usual toilet experience but very environmentally friendly. Here's a simple HOW TO guide:
HEALTH + MOSQUITOS
Dengue fever has re-emerged in Bali, Please make sure to use bug spray a er 4pm. If you get Bali
Belly, please keep hydrated. If it does not pass within 48hrs, please get checked: you might need a dose of Cipro. In a dire emergency, you would need to be evacuated to Singapore. Check out SOS international medical clinic. If you have a minor illness or ailment, you will be just fine.
WATER & SUN
Generally the Ubud area of Bali has warm,sunny days (90F / 30C) and cools at night. Rain is frequent but is usually light and of short duration. Please wear light clothing and bring a change of clothes. Showers are available at Purnati. Sunscreen and sunglasses are a MUST.
MONEY & $HOPPING
The market is a place for bargaining, but most shops are fixed price. The exchange rate is approximately IDR 14,300 = US $1.00. Bali loves Visa or MasterCard. Few restaurants and shops take American Express.
At the festival, you can use our new cashless payment system - load up money with your credit card onto your wristband, then easily pay for food, drinks and products throughout the festival venue.
KIDS
If you are travelling with children, be aware that the Balinese LOVE KIDS! You’ll have an easy time eating in restaurants with little ones here because the waiters and waitresses will take your kids out of your arms. There are play spaces for kids at the Festival venues.

The daytime Dharma Fair is the heart of the festival community with a thriving market place and community Coco Love Stage. Join us daily from 8.00am–10.00pm with world class teachers, guest presenters, yogis, artists, healers, innovative thinkers and musicians from around the world as we celebrate music, tolerance, peace, cultural curiosity and joy in the stunning setting of Bali Purnati.
