Are you comfortable changing your perspective and turning things upside down? Then this flow is for you!
In this workshop, we flow to strengthen and prepare our bodies to explore different ways to pass from the feet to the hands and from the hands to the feet! We will take the time to build up gradually and explore the alignment of some of the most popular inversions and backbends, such as handstand and bendier variations. We will then included these fun postures into our flows. This is an acrobatic flow that is going to get you pressing up into the air and dropping back into the floor like a feather!
