We experience various forms of pain in our lives. Loss of loved ones, emotional or physical abuse, grief, guilt and sorrow. All of this leaves our soul scarred and our auras weak. Just as our body needs a physical detox from time to time, our souls also need healing and detoxification. In this workshop, we will use powerful Kundalini Yoga kriyas to connect with our so that we may heal our soul and free our lives from the shackles of grief.
