Following the success of Somatics at BaliSprit, Brian is offering a workshop in Ubud. In these 3 hours of gentle awareness through movement you will learn to find greater ease by discovering the mobility of your spine, ribs and pelvis. The focus of this workshop will be a series of floor-based movement lessons of Hanna Somatics and the Feldenkrais Method. This work will bring to light our habitual patterns, increase our sensory awareness and open-up new possibilities for freedom of movement.
