A whole hour dedicated to YOU the greatest investment you can make is in yourself and building the most important relationship of your life. A practical method of experiencing more self-love by using fun and deep manifesting practices! We will cover my top self-love concepts and each one is tired and tested with multiple audiences. Some come with tales of the ladies from my groups who have overcome huge obstacles and some come with practical exercises. 


A forgiveness exercise (which can be practised daily after the workshop) A self talk inventory - I ask them to write down some of the mean things they say to themselves such as ‘if you just lose 10lbs then you will be sexy’ and ‘you look terrible today’ then I ask them to swap notebooks with a partner and say them out loud. This exercise is challenging and confronting but is done in a fun way and creates such a huge impact and awareness!
