The Yoga practice opens a door for a complete investigation, re-shaping our way of thinking, living in society and dealing with emotions. In order to become more conscious of our own actions, mindfulness is extremely important to cultivate self- development and growth.

Feeling of loss, depression, and anxiety are just a few of the emotions that can create suffering and are experienced by all human beings at certain stages in their lives. The practice of Yoga is not about pushing those sensations away, but instead, to learn how to work intimately and gain deeper understanding and compassion that can be channelled towards transformation.

In this workshop we will look at the patterns of the mind through the teachings of Patanjali, emphasizing on the 5 sufferings (klesas) and how they tend to affect our lives on and off the mat. The practice of mindfulness meditation will bring a deeper understanding of the mental patterns we have, the image of the self and emptiness, helping us to gain insights and change behaviours.
All levels are welcome to join it.
