Pilates is a series or body movement consisting of many elements,  oversees body as a level of muscles-nerves, and uniting body & mind. It uses established Contrology to control and develop the nerve system, focusing on flexibility, but still aware of your body strength. It fixes body alignment and pushes or restore the perfect balance. As a result, it activates the liquid in the body that starts to slow down to work effectively, especially for stopping the tiredness from mental and nerve balance through body liquid. The brain will be clearer and mental strength will function well.

Pilates will change how you move, feel, think and your appearance. They also teach you how to use your body effectively in your daily life. Pilates will help you to be proud of yourself, have a long lasting life and find a new way from your mind to your body.

Pilates is an easy exercise of mild "thinking", to help your body and mind to work in harmony so they can "produce" a well, healthy and blusterous being. It will help to develop a calm and relax mind through a posture and breathwork as the key elements.
