Sex is one of the most physically exhausting, complicated, and challenging activities shared by most adults.  It's only natural to want to flow and move in synchronicity with your partner. In this class, you experience how to embrace, transition with, and engage your partner physically. Learn which exercises and postures in your practice specifically target the muscles utilized during the act of sex. Be ready to circle your hips and engage your lower abs to tilt the pelvis. There is no partner necessary to attend this class. This class is taught in a professional style setting while respecting all boundaries with communication.
