BaliSpirit Festival 2019

Our intention is to co-create a sacred container that allows the spirit to flow through and guide us to exactly what we are needing individually and as a group.  Using the power of circular-connected breathing and the breathwork inspired music from Yaima, we allow the potent electromagnetic frequencies of the heart to come into coherence with our brain waves, allowing the entire being to heal and align with Truth.  

This specific technique called circular-connected breathing is a tool we all have within us to heal on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. By breathing in a large amount of Pranic energy, blockages and traumas on all levels can naturally release, healing issues at the root cause. It activates the pineal gland and opens the heart to help you journey into expanded states of consciousness.
