Yoga Nidra is a popular yoga practice, often simply regarded as physical relaxation after an asana session, though it is a real meditation technique rooted from the tantras which brings one from the body to deeper layers of emotion, mind, and spirit.  This course is to review the history of Yoga Nidra, and to introduce the concept of Pratyahara, the 8 stages of classical Yoga Nidra. Through this course, we will rediscover the value of Yoga Nidra.
