Yoga Nidra is a popular yoga practice, often simply regarded as physical relaxation after an asana session, though it is a real meditation technique rooted from the tantras which brings one from the body to deeper layers of emotion, mind, and spirit.  This course is to review the history of Yoga Nidra, and to introduce the concept of Pratyahara, the 8 stages of classical Yoga Nidra. Through this course, we will rediscover the value of Yoga Nidra.

瑜伽休息术（也译作：瑜伽式睡眠）是一个非常流行的瑜伽练习。虽然经常被简单地理解为体式练习之后的身体放松，但它其实是来自密宗的能够让人觉知从身体到情绪、意识以至精神层面的冥想方法。本课程将回顾瑜伽休息术练习产生的历史、介绍制感概念、以及经典瑜伽休息术的8个阶段。 通过本课程，让我们重新认识瑜伽休息术的价值。
