Human beings are living at a historical turning point on planet earth. Yogis, students of truth and wellness, housewives, artists, bankers, CEOs, doctors and lawyers are becoming awake to the fact that all life on earth is endowed with a consciousness of the highest frequencies of divine Light.  As we evolve on our path toward awakening, connecting to the cosmic source, and Mother Nature; co-creating, dreaming and cooperating with our brothers and sisters around the planet; caring for each other and offering our services, we hunger for foods and a way of life that resonates with these higher frequencies; higher frequencies of divine light from the Sun that nourish, sustain, cleanse and enhance our body, mind and spirit, during our challenging journey.

When we feed and flow with our Higher Light, our Divine Self, we are empowered and overcome all that blocks, inhibits, weakens or pulls us away from our inherent gifts of freedom, coherence, and “sur-thrival”.

In this amazing workshop, we discuss the many diverse bio-spiritual nutrients of our favorite foods and the food industries. We touch on Vitamins, Minerals, phytonutrients, including carbohydrates, fats and proteins as well as enzymes, and pro and pre-biotics. And as the discussion proceeds, we redesign our minds, our rituals, our meals and our schedules to be in resonance with our hunger for the highest bio-spiritual nutrition on planet earth.
