Inspired by the aligned, graceful movements of animals that carry strength, flexibility, mobility, and precision, this workshop will inspire remembrance of our primal bodies. Using isolations of the body, animalistic movement and mobility, we will tap into a greater understanding of our physical form. Open to all levels of practitioners
