Bengras formed at the end of 2016 when Momon and Alif met at a music event in Seminyak, Bali. Based on their musical background they combined Sundanese music with Flamenco Guitar, after playing together on stage in the beginning of 2017 they invited Rendi to be the lead guitarist and Rio on the percussion. With this new formation, they combined more musical styles such as classical rock, psychedelic, oriental, Mediterranean and North African drumming. The music became more interesting with more combinations of genres. In July 2017, they recorded four demo songs on soundcloud.com. Following the positive response and love for their music, Bengras went on tour across 6 cities in Java, Indonesia January - February 2018 and are already preparing a new album later this year.
